• Forest Villa Resort reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Booking & Payment

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

• A booking is considered valid only after receipt of the required advance payment.

• Full payment must be made as per the schedule communicated at the time of booking.

• Prices may vary depending on seasonality, demand, and other factors.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

• Cancellations must be made in writing (via email or official communication).

• Refund eligibility and deductions (if any) will be as per the cancellation policy shared at the time of booking.

• No refund will be provided for last-minute cancellations or no-shows.

4. Use of Property

• Guests are expected to maintain decorum, respect the property, and follow community guidelines.

• Any damage caused to villas, furniture, or facilities will be charged to the guest.

• Illegal activities, excessive noise, or disruptive behavior will result in eviction without refund.

5. Facilities & Services

• Amenities such as the private restaurant, landscaped gardens, and other common facilities are for registered guests only.

• Forest Villa Resort will make every effort to ensure uninterrupted services, but shall not be liable for temporary interruptions due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond control (e.g., weather conditions).

6. Liability

• Forest Villa Resort will not be responsible for loss of personal belongings, valuables, or accidents occurring within the premises.

• Guests are advised to take necessary precautions and use lockers/safekeeping facilities wherever provided.

7. Privacy & Security

• Personal information collected during bookings will be used solely for providing services and enhancing guest experience.

• Forest Villa Resort ensures confidentiality of customer data in accordance with applicable laws.

8. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

• Any disputes arising shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts located in Maharashtra.
