 Kokan Vaibhav Resort is a 16-acre master-planned retreat drawing from the timeless elegance of Balinese architecture while responding sensitively to the lush valleys of Mandangad. The layout is organically zoned with clusters of G+1 villas built on 2000 sq.ft. NA plots, arranged to maximize privacy, cross-ventilation, and valley views. The villas feature pitched roofs with extended eaves, reflecting tropical resilience and echoing the sloping contours of the landscape.
